At Charity's Plumbing Solutions, our mission is fueled by a strong vision to revolutionize the plumbing trade and create positive change. We have witnessed the alarming rise in plumbing service costs, driven by the acquisition of small businesses by large corporations. In response, we have taken the initiative to be agents of change, striving to make home ownership more affordable and reminding people that they have choices when it comes to inviting professionals into their homes.

Many homeowners hesitate to engage licensed plumbers due to the fear of excessive expenses and being taken advantage of. We understand these concerns all too well, as we have seen numerous companies fall prey to acquisition by massive investment firms. In the Phoenix Metropolitan area and its surroundings, the number of single women becoming homeowners is increasing rapidly. However, the plumbing industry remains predominantly male-dominated. This demographic shift necessitates a paradigm change in the way services are provided, with a focus on addressing the unique needs and concerns of female homeowners.

Charity, our founder and CEO, brings her personal experience as a single woman and mother who has owned multiple homes. She intimately understands the worries and anxieties that arise when inviting professionals into one's personal space. Through Charity's Plumbing Solutions, we aim to empower women and emphasize their freedom to choose service providers they feel comfortable with.

Beyond our commitment to delivering exceptional plumbing services, our business is dedicated to giving back to the community. Charity, a native of Arizona and resident of Laveen since 2005, has been actively involved in serving the community alongside her husband, Rigo. We firmly believe that small businesses have the power to strengthen communities and promote unity. We go beyond being mere sponsors on event banners; instead, we actively engage and participate.

We hope to inspire other small businesses that may not yet have a community action plan in place to actively contribute and make a positive impact in their communities. By embodying the values of compassion, integrity, and community service, we aim to establish a new standard for the plumbing industry while fostering a sense of togetherness and support within our community.
